hp webcam mic not working?
i just recently bought an hp vga webcam for notebooks... though im using it on a regular pc(guy at store said it was ok)
video works great but no sound from built in mic.
when i click on "sounds and audio devices" in control panel nothing shows that it's been connected. under "voice recording" it only says my speakers are hooked up nothign about an hp cam:[
i've uninstalled this thing about twice thinking i did something wrong, the second time i did it(im not sure how) i got got sound but no picture.
any help would be great thank you!
It aint gonna work unless you open up some software that requires it!
